Scottish Golf Strategy

During 2014, the Boards of Scottish Golf Union (SGU), Scottish Ladies’ Golfing Association (SLGA), ClubGolf (Scotland) Ltd (CSL) and Scottish Golf Environment Group (SGEG) engaged in a process of strategic review. The outcome of this work was the production of a draft strategy for a 4-year period from 2014 to 2018. A consultation process was then followed, seeking views of golfers, clubs and partner organisations throughout Scotland. As a result, several revisions were made and the Boards of SGU, SLGA, CSL and SGEG approved a final Strategy document in late 2014.
